Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process.
Once your order has been submitted and can no longer be modified, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. To check the status of your order at any time, simply sign into your account at and select order history.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered.
You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
All orders are shipped via USPS Mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need insurance so we can make sure you’re taken care of. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If any packages are undeliverable or returned to sender we will invoice for re-shipping.
International orders are averaging 12-20 business days for delivery. We cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We will ship to the address listed on the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
